John J. Miller III is a partner with Western Wake Law Group; his main areas of practice are real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Miller is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education companies, such as Moseley Institute and National Business Institute and is also a certified mediator of Superior Court cases. He also teaches at Duke University in their paralegal certificate program and as an adjunct instructor at Miller-Motte College in Raleigh. John earned his Bachelor’s degree at Wake Forest University in Psychology and History and his Law degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek. When Mr. Miller is not practicing law, he can be found at various locations along the Appalachian Trail, a local golf course or spending time with his wife and daughter.
